1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pulse Loop at https://www.pulseloop.team ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PulseLoop is a team pulse survey platform that enables organisations to run anonymous (or named) pulse surveys, track engagement trends over time, and receive AI-powered insights. The Service includes web access, email notifications, optional Slack integration, and API webhooks.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• One person or organisation may not maintain more than one free-tier account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Free Tier

The free plan includes one team with up to five members. We reserve the right to modify free-tier limits with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the operation or performance of the Service

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to PulseLoop. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to deliver the Service (including generating AI insights from aggregated, anonymised survey data).

8. AI-Generated Content

AI insights are generated by third-party language models and are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for how you act on AI-generated recommendations.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by Pulse Loop and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

11. Availability & Support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis for all plans.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Loop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse Loop from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
